justice with a common voice,
they could change the world
from what it was into what it
should be.
But perhaps the great-
est bridge connecting them all
is that they were all dreamers.
Soñadores poderosos.
Many
people have dreams, but these
dreams were so powerful, and
these dreamers so determined,
that things began to happen
that weren’t supposed to hap-
pen—and would not have hap-
pened without them.
The world is different; the
world is better because these
dreamers figured out how to
move the masses to dream with
them. And once the people be-
gan to dream the same dream,
nothing could stop them.

Todos ellos entendieron
que la única manera de vencer
a tan aplastante poder era or-
ganizar su pequeño poder, el
único que tenían. Entendieron
que, oculto en cada individuo
estaba el inimaginable, mila-
groso poder colectivo de los
muchos. Entendieron que si
podían alzar a la gente común,
a la “gentuza” para exigir justi-
cia como una sola voz, podrían
cambiar el mundo de cómo era
a cómo debería ser.
Pero tal vez el más fuerte
puente entre ellos es que todos
fueron soñadores. Soñadores
poderosos. Mucha gente tiene
sueños, pero estos sueños eran
tan potentes, y estos soñadores
eran tan resueltos que comen-
zaron a suceder cosas que no
se suponía que fueran a pasar,
y no habrían sucedido sin ellos.
El mundo es diferente, el
mundo es mejor porque supie-
ron cómo llevar a las multitudes
a soñar con ellos. Y una vez que
el pueblo empezó a soñar el
mismo sueño, nada pudo de-
tenerlo.
